Yesterday, I put up a picture of an uplifting mural. In this panorama, I try to provide the context for this mural to illustrate the need for it. It is next to a liquor store called “The Liquor Bank.” There is a restaurant that advertises how it accepts EBT (new day food stamps) with a poster for a movie that has nothing to do with life in the community here…all with a few palm trees on the side.
